The 4 Freedoms:
Speech. Location.
Time. Money.

Real Estate Investor · IT Engineer · Immigrant

I moved countries four times, started from zero each time, and built a real estate portfolio through patience and data — not hype. This is where I share what I've learned, one Sunday at a time.

— The Journey

Moved from Poland to Ireland. Started fresh in a new country with a new job, a new culture, and no local network. Learned early that adaptability is a superpower.

2006

No roadmap.
No shortcuts.
Just the work.

2007

Bought my first property remotely in Poland while living in Dublin. No local agent holding my hand — just research, patience, and conviction. That first remote purchase taught me to trust the process, not just the proximity. Over the years, I started creating my portfolio between the two countries. Slowly but with a very clear vision.

2016

Moved from Ireland to Canada with my family. Starting from zero again — no credit history, no local contacts, no shortcuts. Bought a fixer-upper as our primary residence and spent years understanding the Canadian market from the inside.

2020

Leveraged the equity from our primary residence to begin building a rental portfolio across Ontario and Alberta. Every step was intentional. Every decision was data-driven. And every mistake was a lesson worth sharing.

Now

I write a weekly newsletter for working professionals who want to build wealth without sacrificing the things that matter most: family, time, and peace of mind.

— The Framework
Speech Freedom

The most powerful thing you can do is share while you're still building.

I love what I do. The technology, the strategy, the people — it all energises me. And real estate didn't replace that. It amplified it. When I started talking openly about both worlds — IT engineering and property investing — something unexpected happened. The right conversations found me.

Speech freedom isn't about having all the answers. It's about trusting that your story, told honestly, opens doors you didn't even know existed.

Say it out loud. See what happens.

The 4 Freedoms
I'm building toward

Location Freedom

Great decisions don't require a passport stamp.

I've built from Poland, Ireland, and Canada. Each country taught me something different about markets, people, and opportunity. And two of the most energising realisations I've had? The best move isn't always the local one, and you can choose where you live if you set up your business properly

In 2007, I bought my first investment property in Poland from Dublin.

I fell in love with the idea that geography is just one variable, not the deciding one.

The world is your deal flow.

Start seeing it that way, see your world change.

Everything I invest in, write about, and share comes back to these four ideas.

They're not a destination — they're a direction.

And the life that moves toward all four is almost always the right one.

Money Freedom

Not a number. A feeling of options.

Money freedom isn't the moment you hit a target — it's the moment you realise your decisions are no longer driven by necessity alone.

You invest in something because it excites you. You take a project because it matters to you. You say yes — or no — because you want to.

I built that layer by layer, alongside a career I was proud of. Patient decisions, reinvested returns, a long-game mindset. No shortcuts. Just compounding.

Options are the real currency. Build more of them.

Time Freedom

I have a career I love. And a portfolio that runs alongside it.

Time freedom isn't about escaping your work — it's about designing a life where everything you do is a genuine choice.

My career in IT energises me every day.

Real estate adds another layer: assets that grow while I'm focused on the things I like doing.

The goal was never less work. It was more intentionality — so that every hour, whether spent on a project, a property, or my family, is exactly where I want to be.

That's not retirement. That's a life well designed.

— About Pawel

Built on intention,
not hype

Pawel Blazejewicz is a real estate investor and Co-Founder of PEBA Properties INC, with 18 years of experience across three countries. He spent over 25 years in the datacenter and IT engineering industries — a background that gave him an analytical, systems-thinking approach to wealth building.

Having lived as an immigrant in Ireland and Canada, Pawel understands firsthand the challenges of starting over: no credit history, no local network, no roadmap. What he found instead was that every new beginning came with new opportunities — if you were patient enough to see them.

Today he shares those lessons through a weekly newsletter for working professionals who want more than a paycheck and a pension. His approach is grounded in discipline, data, and a deep respect for time as the most valuable asset of all.
